SBGA Streamlines payroll solutions for small business

By downloading one of the many time keeping apps available on the business management solution app market, members can have their employees clock in and out of work directly through the system using their PIN access code. Time keeping apps automatically calculate hourly wages per employee, as well as breaks and overtime. Depending on what the business needs, different levels of time keeping apps can be installed to expand their business management solution system functionality – from basic time tracking to work schedule creation to deep analysis on wages versus sales. In some apps, employers can even receive text message notifications when their employees are about to miss a break or go into overtime.

When it is time for the business to run payroll, the business owner simply exports the time clock information from the business management solution and imports it into SBGA Payroll Services. For most of the time clocks available, importing data to SBGA Payroll Services automatically populates all of the necessary employee information to run payroll. From there, all a business owner has to do is review their wages, submit payroll, and pay their employees by printing out paychecks or opting into free direct deposit.
