    1 1 5 We received a new terminal and we needed to send the old one back. I returned it on 02/05/2018, it was signed for on 02/02/2018.I received a letter saying it needed to be returned or we would fined. I called and talked to someone and told her it was returned and signed for on 02/12/2018, she said the system was not updated yet ( 2weeks?) and that it would be fine. Then today I get another letter (final notice). I called again and was asked for tax id #, which I don't know by heart, and was told when I get that info to call back and I said this is your issue not mine you need to do it now. Once again I was told it would be fine and she would put a note not to send anymore letters. Your company needs to get it together, I'm sure if I worked this way you would penalize me. This takes time out of my day. I do not want to hear about this again. 1

    3 1 5 I find this hard to do because there seem to be so many parts to this. On one hand, all of your personnel are very friendly and attempt to be most helpful. Some seem extremely competent, and some seem to be learning but get good support when needed. What you need is a local representative to help set up stations. I spent three hours on the phone getting our system up and running. At that point I was tired, frustrated and confused. When I put in that type of effort, I am essentially working as your employee, when you are supposed to be working for me. I feel as though that process should be made more simple and automatic. I am learning to use the system, and it will take some time to do this. I understand your relying on on-line support and instruction, but a local person would be most helpful. Otherwise, there are many good things. The dashboard is easy to understand and navigate. Everyone has been helpful. I feel confident that I can get answers when I need them in the future. 1

    5 1 5 Kat was very helpful and made sure I got all the information that I needed. She found all the information that was needed in a timely manner. The previous week, I was also helped by Shawny. Shawny stayed on the phone with me for over an hour and walked me through each step. Before calling, I was very frustrated with the task at hand but Shawny quickly eased my frustration.
