    3 1 5 While trying to confirm which bank account a purchase from a clover mini app comes from (we wanted to purchase paper), I was put on hold several times and transferred to new representatives. I was assured that the new representatives could help me yet that was not the case. Information could not be found and I was asked to provide a credit card. When I asked what company I was working with, I was told it was a 3rd party vendor. No company name was given. Therefore we decided to take our purchase of paper elsewhere. I wasted over an hour on the phone trying to get a simple question answered. This was extremely frustrating. 1
